Civil Records
The upper and/or lower court records provide a report of any civil litigation listed on the index involving a particular individual. The standard civil index search encompasses the last seven years of activity within each court. We also offer a ten-year civil index search.

Government Watch
A search for specially designated narcotics traffickers, terrorists and denied persons defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Professional Reference Interviews
References can be contacted to obtain further information on an individual’s character, work ethic, work performance, etc.

Professional Credentials Verification
We confirm the licensing and/or certification of medical professionals, FAA/pilots, law enforcement personnel, etc.

PRIA (Pilot Record Improvement Act) Services
In conjunction with the Pilot Records Improvement Act, this process enables the air carrier to make an informed decision concerning each pilot/applicant before extending a firm offer of employment. Acting as a third party agent, Ascertain will obtain FAA records, previous Air Carrier Records and National Driver Records (NDR) information to meet the requirements of Part 121, 125 or 135 air carriers.

ID Badges
Ascertain Screening can create your company’s ID badges (employee ID cards, student ID cards, membership cards, event passes, etc.) This service includes template design using your company’s logo and your employee’s photo, set-up and maintaining database (for regeneration of lost or damaged ID badges). PVC badges last longer than laminated cards, and can also be formatted to work with card readers. This eliminates the need for your organization to purchase or maintain an ID credentialing system.
