Our tool provides a complete web-based employment application that offers a streamlined process for gathering applicant details for hiring and background screening purposes. The Online Application portion of this module requires a candidate specific, secure log-in to fill out an application. Access to these applications is controlled via recruiter-sent emails, or unsolicited applications can be entered with a customized link from your website.

Applicant Tracking and Management Center – the Applicant Tracking list has many features for recruiters to manage their job applicants. You have the option to define an unlimited number of background check packages related to each job position for which you are hiring. For each position, you can create an unlimited number of yes/no questions which the applicant can be prompted to answer when filling out the application.

You will have access to your own configuration page with more than 20 settings that you may use to customize your employment application and application management to meet your specific needs, including many settings to private label or brand your application by uploading your own logo header. Complete email support is provided for recruiters to email their applicants as part of the applicant tracking process, including emails that can be sent to request that an employment application be filled out, which will provide you with confirmation once completed. All of this email correspondence is tracked and can be viewed from the Applicant Tracking list.

Once the processing of applicants in the Applicant Tracking list is completed, the applicants can be “flagged” with a variety of statuses, and then moved to an “Archived Applicants” list.
